Interested in applying to LaunchAPEX?

We're looking to partner with current small business owners (brick and mortar & home businesses) who would benefit from the combination of business and financial resources and training that LaunchAPEX provides. Entrepreneurs with great new business ideas will also be considered.

Who's eligible

  • Must be a resident or own a business in Apex

  • Must have the ability to supply product(s) or service(s) that can generate profit

  • Franchises are not eligible. A non-profit’s eligibility will be determined at the discretion of the LaunchAPEX Program.

  • Must have opened a business or prove serious efforts of opening one

  • Demonstrate need for business resources

  • Must apply and be interviewed by selection committee

  • Must be owner of the business. If multiple owners, all must participate in program

If Accepted into the Program

  • Attend business training once a week for 12 consecutive weeks

  • Submit homework on a weekly basis

  • Demonstrate a desire to grow as an entrepreneur or small business and fully utilize the resources of the program

  • Willingness to meet and/or communicate regularly with assigned business mentor
